Houser and the Struggle for Peace and Freedom on Two Continents. Last July we held a Virtual House Party with author Sheila D. Collins to honor the life of George Houser, the radical pacifist who who co-founded CORE (Congress of Racial Equality) and ACOA (American Committee on Africa). The book was released in September 2020 and many of us have had a chance to read this well-researched, engaging, and inspiring book. There is still time to read the book before April 30th.
