The Long Island Alliance for Peaceful Alternatives is an affiliated ally of Peace Action New York State. Peace Action New York State is a state chapter of Peace Action, the largest grassroots peace organization in the nation.

Peace Action New York State works on many campaigns. These include abolishing nuclear weapons, ending the forever wars, cutting back on military spending, and much more.
